I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room on the ground floor by the car park was fine, though it could do with some updating. The cleanliness was above average, but the smell was a bit unpleasant, and the noise from the entrance deterred me from opening the window.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is great, very close to Witney town centre, and the rooms are decent but could use some maintenance. The service was excellent, with some standout staff members going above and beyond. However, the dining options were a bit overpriced, and the facilities lacked a bit in terms of modernity.

The rooms are situated right onto the drive in Bath. They could do with a little TLC and are in the outbuilding.

The staff are excellent and seem very happy. Some individuals just go awol or hide out in the back, but others, like the receptionist who helped me when my car broke down, went above-and-beyond.

The location is great, being very close to Witney town centre but not right in the thick of it. It's a beautiful area, ideal for an overnight stay or to visit Blenheim palace.
